During warmer months or when shipping to hot climates, we include insulated liners and cold packs in your order to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Are your candies made in-house?
Yes! We take pride in our heritage. Most of our chocolates and hard candies are handcrafted in small batches right in our Syracuse, NY kitchen using traditional methods.
Do you offer sugar-free or vegan options?
We do offer a selection of sugar-free chocolates. While many of our dark chocolates are naturally dairy-free, please check the specific product descriptions for detailed allergen and dietary information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
How long will my candy stay fresh?
Our chocolates are best enjoyed within 3-4 weeks of purchase. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place between 65-70°F, away from direct sunlight and strong odors.
